Responsibilities-
• Manage all procurement activities Direct , Indirect & Import.
• Perform basic cost analysis and price comparisons amongst various vendors to provide inputs to the commodities team to make sound purchasing decisions w.r.t good and services
• Prepare & collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions for purchase order of materials, goods, services and supplies and communicate the same to the suppliers
• Ensure coordination with Stores to ensure proper storage of raw materials as well as follow up for current stock levels, shortages etc.
• Ensure critical suppliers capacity evaluation and enhancements
• RMC reduction by using various purchasing levers like auction, RMC workshops, Ad-hoc reduction, and volume discounts etc.
• Track the status of any orders and review deliveries against the orders
• Review invoices for accuracy, and forward the same to Finance department to issue payment to vendors / suppliers
* Responsible for maintaining inventory norms.
* Hands on experience of SAP-MM Module
* Strong Interpersonal & Team Handling Skills

Candidate- B.Tech- Mech ( Full Time with good %age) & 8-10 yrs of experience in related field.
